Design of the third eye for the blind personnels

This paper highlights the design of third eye for blind personnels. One biggest problems that people who are face on a daily basis is movement. The loss their eyesight severely limits quality life and activities. In long-term exploration, they typically use navigation system or stored recollections. major goal current effort to provide strong, dependable, user-friendly, portable, low-power, low-cost solution efficient navigation. As stated in this study (Smart Glasses Blind People), intended audience those visually handicapped. It includes built-in sensor emits ultrasonic waves direction user moving while scanning maximum 5–6 metres over 30 degree angle. recognises impediment transmits signal buzzer, which alerts with beeping sound. work given here mini-project taken up as part curriculum completed by electronics communication engineering students second year & department at Dayananda Sagar College Engineering Bangalore.
